Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of kuitu.io (the "Site"), operated by KUITU, Business ID 3254442-4, Helsinki, Finland ("Kuitu", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. The service

The Site lets businesses describe technical textile requirements, upload documents and request quotations. The Site is intended for business customers. Some platform features are shown as previews or roadmap items and are not yet available.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order. Product information, reference specifications and AI-generated suggestions on the Site are indicative only. A contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing based on a quotation; that quotation and its terms then govern the delivery.

3. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to share the drawings, specifications and other materials you upload. You keep all rights to them. You grant Kuitu the right to use them, and to share them with manufacturing partners as needed, solely to evaluate your enquiry and deliver your order. We treat technical documents as confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, submit false or unlawful content, upload malicious files, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, the KUITU name and logo belong to Kuitu or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kuitu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on indicative information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court as the court of first instance.

9. Changes
